സ്വയം ടാപ്പിങ് നടത്തുന്ന മികച്ച കര്‍ഷകരെ കോട്ടയത്ത് റബ്ബര്‍ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ കേന്ദ്ര ഓഫീസില്‍ വെച്ച് ആദരിച്ചു.
ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി റീജിയണിലെ ഫീല്‍ഡ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളുടെ പരിധിയില്‍ സ്വയം ടാപ്പിങ് നടത്തുന്ന മികച്ച കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് പ്രശംസാപത്രങ്ങളും ടാപ്പിങ് കിറ്റും റബ്ബര്‍ബോര്‍ഡ് ചെയര്‍മാനും എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടറുമായ ഡോ. കെ.എന്‍. രാഘവന്‍ ഐ.ആര്‍.എസ്. സമ്മാനിച്ചു. റബ്ബര്‍കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ സ്വയം ടാപ്പിങ്ങും ഇടവേള കൂടിയ ടാപ്പിങ്ങും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒരു വര്‍ഷമായി നടത്തിവരുന്ന തീവ്രപ്രചാരണപരിപാടിയുടെ സമാപനമായാണ് ആദരിക്കല്‍ ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ നടത്തിയത്. ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ വിവിധ റീജിയണല്‍ ഓഫീസുകളുടെ പരിധിയില്‍ നിന്ന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്വയം ടാപ്പിങ് നടത്തിവരുന്ന മികച്ച 111 റബ്ബര്‍കര്‍ഷകരെ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ അതതു മേഖലകളില്‍ നടത്തിയ യോഗങ്ങളില്‍ വെച്ച് ആദരിച്ചു.
The best self tapping farmers were honored at the Rubber Board Central Office, Kottayam. Chairman and Executive Director Dr. K.N. Raghavan presented testimonials and tapping kits for the best farmers who do self tapping within the field stations in Changanassery region. The honouring ceremony was the culmination of a year-long intensive campaign to promote self-tapping and intermittent tapping among rubber farmers.
The top 111 self-tapping rubber cultivators selected from the various regional offices of the Board were honoured at such meetings held in their respective areas.
