ചൂടുപിടിപ്പിച്ച് ഫെബ്രുവരി മടങ്ങി

കേരളത്തിൽ ഇന്ന് മഴ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ജില്ലകളാണ് കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, എറണാകുളം, ഇടുക്കി തൃശൂർ. കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് അനുസരിച്ച് നാളെ മുതൽ അങ്ങോട്ട് അഞ്ചു ദിവസത്തേക്ക് ഒരു ജില്ലയിലും മഴ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല. മഴയും തണുപ്പും ചൂടും ഒരുപോലെ അനുഭവപ്പെട്ട മാസമായിരുന്നു ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം.

Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki and Thrissur are the rain-prone districts in Kerala today. ഈ അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിൽ കാര്യമായ മാറ്റം ഒന്നും മാർച്ച് മാസത്തിലും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല. ചൂട് കൂടി നിൽക്കുന്ന അന്തരീക്ഷസ്ഥിതി ആയിരിക്കും മാർച്ച് മാസം. മാർച്ച് പകുതിക്കു ശേഷം വേനൽമഴ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം. നിലവിലെ റിപ്പോർട്ടനുസരിച്ച് വേനൽമഴയിൽ കുറവുണ്ടാവില്ലെന്നു കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
