2013 ഡിസംബര് 31 വരെ 60 വയസ് തികഞ്ഞവര് ആധാര് കാര്ഡ്, ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് പാസ് ബുക്ക്, റേഷന് കാര്ഡ്, ഇലക്ഷന് ഐഡി കാര്ഡ് എന്നിവയുടെ പകര്പ്പുകള് സഹിതമാണ് അപേക്ഷ സമര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതെന്ന് ജില്ലാ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസര് അറിയിച്ചു.
