റബ്ബര്‍ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ വിവിധ പദ്ധതികള്‍, സേവനങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ കോട്ടയത്തുളള കേന്ദ്ര ഓഫീസില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന കോള്‍സെന്ററില്‍നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കും. സെന്ററിന്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനസമയം എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 09.30 മുതല്‍ വൈകുന്നേരം 05.30 വരെയാണ്.
