ഫസൽ ബീമാ യോജന: 94.28 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വിള ഇൻഷുറൻസ് തുക വിതരണം ഇന്ന്

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: പ്രധാൻമന്ത്രി ഫസൽ ബീമാ യോജനയു‌ടെ വിള ഇൻഷുറൻസ് ഫ്ലാഗ്ഷിപ്പ് പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം കേരളത്തിലെ 51,962 കർഷകർക്ക് 94.28 കോടി രൂപയുടെ  നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക ഇന്ന് (8 നവംബർ 2023) ബുധനാഴ്ച കൈമാറും. തിരുവനന്തപുരം മാസ്കോട്ട് ഹോട്ടലിലെ സിംഫണി ഹാളിൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 ന് സംസ്ഥാന കൃഷിമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ പി പ്രസാദ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും.

കേന്ദ്രധനമന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് കീഴിലുള്ള പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനമായ അഗ്രികൾച്ചർ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനിയാണ് 2022 ഖാരിഫ് സീസണിലെ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് തുക വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കാലാവസ്ഥാ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള വിള ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രതിവർഷം ശരാശരി 1.5 ലക്ഷം കർഷകർക്കാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

51,962 farmers in Kerala will receive a compensation of Rs 94.28 crore today (8 November 2023) under the flagship crop insurance scheme of Pradhan Mantri Fazal Bima Yojana. State Agriculture Minister Shri P Prasad will inaugurate at 2.30 pm at the Symphony Hall of Mascot Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram. 

The insurance amount for the 2022 Kharif season is distributed by the Agriculture Insurance Company, a public sector organization under the Ministry of Finance. An average of 1.5 lakh farmers get weather-based crop insurance in Kerala every year.
