റബ്ബർ പ്ലാന്റേഷൻ മാനേജ്മെന്റിൽ റബർ ബോർഡ് പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നു. റബ്ബർ കൃഷി, പ്ലാന്റേഷൻ മാനേജ്മെൻറ് എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിവിധവശങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ പരിശീലനം ഈ മാസം 27 മുതൽ 29 വരെ കോട്ടയത്തുള്ള റബ്ബർ ട്രെയിനിങ് ഇൻസ്റ്റ്യൂട്ടിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തുന്നു.
