ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ ഒരു സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്തെങ്കിലും തദ്ദേശീയ മരങ്ങള്‍ നട്ടാണ് ഓര്‍മ്മ പച്ചത്തുരുത്ത് പരിപാടിക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുന്നത്

Tree saplings will be planted on November 1 to commemorate the expiry of the term of the existing governing bodies in the local bodies on November 11.ജനപ്രതിനിധികളും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും പങ്കാളികളാകും.ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ ഒരു സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്തെങ്കിലും തദ്ദേശീയ മരങ്ങള്‍ നട്ടാണ് ഓര്‍മ്മ പച്ചത്തുരുത്ത് പരിപാടിക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുന്നത്. തുടര്‍പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും പരിപാലനവും തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ നടപ്പിലാക്കും.
ഹരിത കേരളം മിഷന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള പച്ചത്തുരുത്ത് പദ്ധതി ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടം വയനാട് ജില്ലയില്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി. 26 തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലായി 33 പച്ചത്തുരുത്തുകള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് സമ്പൂര്‍ണ്ണ പച്ചത്തുരുത്ത് ജില്ലയായി വയനാട് മാറിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
