മുളങ്കുടിലിനുള്ളിൽ വനവിഭവങ്ങളുമായി പട്ടികവർഗ വികസന വകുപ്പ്

 എന്റെ കേരളം പ്രദർശന വേദിയിൽ കാഴ്ചക്കാരെ ഏറെ ആകർഷിക്കുകയാണ്  പട്ടികവർഗ വികസന വകുപ്പ് ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന മുള കൊണ്ടുള്ള കുടിൽ.  മലയൻ ആദിവാസി സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ വീടിന്റെ മാതൃകയാണിത്. ഒറ്റ മുള തടി ചതച്ച് നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ചുമരുകൾ ഏറെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്.

മുളവീടിനുള്ളിൽ സന്ദർശകർക്കായി വന വിഭവങ്ങളുടെ പ്രദർശനവുമുണ്ട്. കാട്ടുതെള്ളി, കല്ലു വാഴ കുരു, കണ്ടൻ കൂവ, കാട്ടുകൂവ,  കസ്തൂരി കൂവ, മലയിഞ്ചി, വട്ടും കായ, പുളിയിഞ്ചി, മുള അരി, കാട്ടുപത്രി, മരോട്ടി കുരു തുടങ്ങിയ വന വിഭവങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ കാണാം. കുട്ടമ്പുഴയിലെ ആദിവാസികൾ  മുള കൊണ്ട് നെയ്യ്തെടുത്ത കണ്ണാടി പായയാണ് സ്റ്റാളിന്റെ മറ്റൊരു ആകർഷണം.

ആദിവാസി വനിതകളുടെ സാമ്പത്തികവും സാമൂഹികവും സാംസ്‌കാരികവുമായ ഉന്നമനം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി വയനാട്ടിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അപ്പാരല്‍ പാര്‍ക്കിൽ നിന്നുള്ള തുണിസഞ്ചികളും സ്റ്റാളിലുണ്ട്.  ആകർഷകമായ ഡിസൈനുകളിൽ എംബ്രോയിഡറി വർക്കുകളോട് കൂടി മനോഹരമായാണ് സഞ്ചികൾ വില്പനയ്ക്ക് എത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

The bamboo hut prepared by the Scheduled Tribes Development Department is attracting a lot of viewers at "Ente Keralam" exhibition venue. It is a model of the house of the Malayan tribal community. The walls made of crushed single bamboo logs are very impressive.

Inside the bamboo house there is also a display of forest resources for visitors. Forest resources such as katutelli, kallu vaha kuru, kandan kuva, kattukuva, kasturi kuva, malainji, vatum kaya, tamarind, bamboo rice, kattupatri and maroti kuru can be found here. Another attraction of the stall is the mirror mat woven from bamboo by the adivasis of Kutampuzha.

The stall also has cloth bags from Apparel Park, which works in Wayanad with the aim of economic, social and cultural upliftment of tribal women. The bags are available for sale in attractive designs with embroidery work.
