അടക്കോഴിക്ക്‌ വലിയ പരിപാലനമൊന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ലെങ്കിലും ഇടയ്‌ക്കിടയ്‌ക്ക്‌ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നുതു കൊള്ളാം. തുടക്കത്തില്‍ ഒന്നുരണ്ടു ദിവസം രണ്ടുതവണ മാത്രമേ പുറത്തു വിടാവൂ. ഇരുപതുമിനിറ്റു സമയം മാത്രം പുറത്തുവിട്ടാല്‍ മതി. ഈ ഇടവേളയില്‍ മുട്ടകള്‍ക്ക്‌ വേണ്ടത്ര വായുസമ്പര്‍ക്കം ലഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും..
അടവച്ചശേഷം ഏഴും ഒന്‍പതും ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍ ക്യാന്റിലിങ്‌ നടത്തി വിരിയാന്‍ സാധ്യതയില്ലാത്ത മുട്ടകള്‍ മാറ്റണം.
സൗകര്യപ്പെടുമെങ്കില്‍ 15-16 ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍കൂടി പരിശോധിച്ച്‌ ഉര്‍വരതയില്ലാത്ത മുട്ടകള്‍ മാറ്റുന്നത്‌ നല്ലതാണ്‌. 18-ാം ദിവസം മുതല്‍ കോഴിയെ ശല്യപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ പാടില്ല തീറ്റയ്‌ക്കും വെള്ളത്തിനുമായി കൂടുതുറന്നു വച്ചിരുന്നാല്‍ മതി. സാധാരണഗതിയില്‍ 20-ാം ദിവസം തോടുകള്‍ പൊട്ടി കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തുവരും. മുഴുവന്‍ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളും പുറത്തുവരും.
The hen does not require much care but should be taken care of from time to time. Initially let go only once or twice a day. It only takes about 20 minutes to release. During this time the eggs get adequate aeration.
Eggs which are not likely to hatch should be removed by candling for seven to nine days after hatching. If convenient, it is better to inspect for 15-16 days and replace the infertile eggs.
