മീനില്‍ വിഷവസ്തുക്കളോ രാസപദാര്‍ഥങ്ങളോ കലര്‍ത്തി വിറ്റാല്‍ കുടുങ്ങും. ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപവരെയാണ് പിഴ ശിക്ഷ. നിലവാരമില്ലാത്ത മീന്‍ വിറ്റാലും ശിക്ഷ ഉറപ്പ്. മീന്‍ കച്ചവടവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തട്ടിപ്പുകളും ചൂഷണങ്ങളും ക്രിമിനല്‍ കുറ്റമാകുന്ന 2020ലെ കേരള മത്സ്യലേലവും വിപണനവും ഗുണനിലവാരപരിപാലനവും ഓര്‍ഡിനന്‍സ് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലായി. മത്സ്യലേലത്തിലും കച്ചവടത്തിലും നിയമലംഘനം നടത്തിയാലും കുടുങ്ങും. പിഴയ്ക്കൊപ്പം ജയില്‍ ശിക്ഷയും ഉറപ്പ്. ആദ്യതവണത്തെ കുറ്റകൃത്യത്തിന് രണ്ട് മാസം ജയില്‍വാസമോ ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപ പിഴയോ, രണ്ടും കൂടിയോ അനുഭവിക്കണം രണ്ടാം തവണയും പിടിയിലായാല്‍ ഒരു വര്‍ഷം വരെ ജയില്‍വാസം. പിഴ മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷവും. രണ്ടില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ തവണയായാല്‍ ഒരുവര്‍ഷം ജയില്‍ ശിക്ഷയ്ക്കൊപ്പം മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷം രൂപ പിഴയും കിട്ടും.
