ഡ്രൈവർ തസ്തികയിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള നിയമനം പി.എസ്.സി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിലൂടെ നടത്തുമെന്ന് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ മന്ത്രി എം വി ഗോവിന്ദൻ മാസ്റ്റർ അറിയിച്ചു.
തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിലുള്ള നഗരകാര്യ വകുപ്പിൽ വിവിധ ജില്ലകളിലായി 16 എൽ ഡി വി ഡ്രൈവർമാരുടെ ഒഴിവാണുള്ളത്.
നഗരകാര്യ വകുപ്പ്, തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ പൊതു സർവ്വീസിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി മാറിയ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പുതിയ റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കേണ്ടതില്ലാത്തതിനാലാണ് മറ്റ് വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ഒഴിവുകൾ നികത്താൻ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും നിയമനം നടത്താൻ സർക്കാർ ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തതെന്ന് മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.
Local Self Government Minister MV Govindan Master said that the appointment to the post of driver will be made through the rank list published by PSC. There are vacancies for 16 LDV drivers in different districts in the Urban Affairs Department under the Local Self Government Department.
The Minister said that the government had recommended the appointment from the rank list prepared to fill the vacancies in other departments as there was no need to prepare a new rank list in case the Department of Urban Affairs became part of the Local Self Government Public Service.
