എറണാകുളം: തൊഴില്‍ വകുപ്പിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ജില്ല എംപ്ലോയ്‌മെന്റ് എക്‌സ്‌ചേഞ്ചും എംപ്ലോയബിലിറ്റി സെന്ററും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച 'നിയുക്തി 2023' തൊഴില്‍മേളയില്‍ 289 ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് നിയമനം. കളമശേരി ഗവ. പൊളിടെക്‌നിക് കോളേജില്‍ നടന്ന തൊഴില്‍മേളയില്‍ 3759 ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ഥികളാണ് പങ്കെടുത്തത്. മേളയില്‍ തത്സമയ നിയമനം ലഭിച്ചവര്‍ക്ക് പുറമേ 1359 പേര്‍ വിവിധ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ അന്തിമ പട്ടികയില്‍ ഇടം പിടിച്ചു.
ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ഥികളെയും തൊഴില്‍ദായകരെയും ഒരു കുടക്കീഴില്‍ അണിനിരത്തി യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് പ്രമുഖ സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ ജോലി ലഭ്യമാക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് നിയുക്തി 2023 സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്. മേളയില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്ത 84 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലായി 5236 ഒഴിവുകളാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
എഞ്ചിനിയറിംഗ്, ടെക്‌നോളജി, ഐ.ടി. ആരോഗ്യം, ടൂറിസം, കൊമേഴ്‌സ്, ബിസിനസ്, ഓട്ടോമൊബൈല്‍, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, മീഡിയ അഡ്വര്‍ടൈസിംഗ്, സെയില്‍സ് മാര്‍ക്കറ്റിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ മേഖലകളിലെ പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളാണ് മികച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികളെ തേടിയെത്തിയത്.
Recruitment of 289 candidates in 'Niyukti 2023' job fair organized by District Employment Exchange and Employability Center under the leadership of Labor Department. 3759 candidates participated in the job fair held at Kalamasery Govt Polytechnic College. 1359 people have made it to the final list of various institutions in addition to those who got live recruitment in the fair.
Niyukti 2023 was organized with the aim of bringing together the candidates and employers under one umbrella and providing jobs to the qualified in leading private organizations. There were 5236 vacancies in 84 institutions that participated in the fair.
Engineering, Technology, IT Eminent organizations in various fields like health, tourism, commerce, business, automobile, education, media advertising and sales marketing have sought the best candidates.
