ജില്ലകളിൽ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാവുന്ന മഴയുടെ തോത് 15.6-64.4 mm ആണ്. കൂടാതെ ഗൾഫ് ഓഫ് മാന്നാറിലും,ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് പ്രദേശത്തും,കന്യാകുമാരി പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും 45 മുതൽ 55 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ വേഗതയിൽ ശക്തമായ കാറ്റ് വീശാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇന്ന് പ്രസ്തുത പ്രദേശത്ത് മത്സ്യത്തൊഴിലാളികൾ മത്സ്യബന്ധനത്തിന് പോകാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
