ന്യൂസീലാൻഡിലേക്ക് ചക്കയുടെ മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ആദ്യ കയറ്റുമതി ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തു

അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ ആൻഡ് പ്രോസസ്ഡ് ഫുഡ് പ്രൊഡക്ട്സ് എക്സ്പോർട്ട് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് അതോറിറ്റി(APEDA), 2021 ഒക്ടോബർ 12 ന് കേരളത്തിലെ തൃശൂരിൽ നിന്ന് ന്യൂസിലാൻഡിലേക്കുള്ള "ചക്കയുടെ മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത ഉൽപന്നങ്ങളുടെ" ആദ്യ കയറ്റുമതി ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തു.

ന്യൂസിലാന്റിലേക്കുള്ള ആദ്യ കയറ്റുമതിക്കൊപ്പം യുഎസ്എയിലേക്കും കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. APEDA ഡയറക്ടർ  ഡോ. തരുൺ ബജാജ്,  കയറ്റുമതി ഫ്ലാഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്തു. ഫ്ളാഗ് ഓഫ് ചടങ്ങിൽ കയറ്റുമതിക്കാരും (ഗ്ലോബൽ നാച്ചുറൽ ഫുഡ് പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ് കമ്പനി, ചാലക്കുടി, തൃശൂർ) ഇറക്കുമതിക്കാരും, APEDA  യിലെ മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഉണങ്ങിയ ചക്കപൗഡർ, ചക്കപുട്ടുപൊടി, ചക്കദോശ പൗഡർ, ചക്ക ചപ്പാത്തി പൊടി എന്നിവയാണ് കേരളത്തിലെ തൃശൂരിൽ നിന്ന് കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്ത ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ. 1 വർഷത്തിലധികം ഷെൽഫ് ആയുസ്സുള്ള ചക്കയുടെ മൂല്യ വർധിത ഉത്പന്നങ്ങളാണ് ഇരു  രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കും കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്തത്.

APEDA facilitated first export of the value-added products of Jack fruit to NEW ZEALAND

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) flagged off the first consignment of “Value-added products of Jackfruit” from Thrissur, Kerala to New Zealand on 12th Oct 2021.  The consignment of value-added products of Jack fruit has also been sent to the USA along with the first consignment to New Zealand. Dr. Tarun Bajaj, Director, APEDA has flagged off the consignment. Global Natural Food processing Co, Chalakudy, Thrissur (Exporter) & Importers along with other officials of APEDA also took part in the flag-off ceremony. Dried Jack Fruit powder, Jack Fruit puttu powder, Jack Fruit Dosa Powder & Jack Fruit Chappathi Powder were the products exported from Thrissur, Kerala. Value-added products of Jack Fruit with more than 1 year shelf life have been exported to both countries together.
