നോർക്ക പ്രവാസി സംരംഭകത്വ സഹായ പദ്ധതിയായ നോർക്ക പ്രോജക്ട് ഫോർ റിട്ടേൺഡ് എമിഗ്രന്റ്‌സ് (എൻ.ഡി.പി.ആർ.എം) വഴി 30 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള വായ്പകൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. 15 ശതമാനം മൂലധന സബ്‌സിഡിയും (പരമാവധി മൂന്നു ലക്ഷം രൂപ) മൂന്നു ശതമാനം പലിശ സബ്‌സിഡിയും നൽകുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി വഴി സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം ഇതുവരെ 520 പ്രവാസികൾ നാട്ടിൽ വിവിധ സംരംഭങ്ങൾക്ക് തുടക്കമിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ആകെ 10 കോടി രൂപ ഈ സംരംഭങ്ങൾക്ക് സബ്സിഡി ഇനത്തിൽ അനുവദിച്ചു. രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിലധികം വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്ത ശേഷം മടങ്ങിയെത്തി നാട്ടിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കിയവർക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. വായ്പയ്‌ക്കൊപ്പം സംരംഭകത്വ പിന്തുണയും നോർക്ക റൂട്ട്‌സ് നൽകുന്നു.
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ 16 ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ആറായിരത്തോളം ശാഖകൾ വഴി വായ്പ ലഭിക്കാൻ അവസരമൊരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Loans up to Rs. 30 lakhs can be applied for through NORKA Project for Returned Emigrants (NDPRM), NORKA Expatriate Entrepreneurship Assistance Scheme. With a capital subsidy of 15 per cent (maximum Rs 3 lakh) and an interest subsidy of 3 per cent, 520 expatriates have so far started various ventures in the country during the financial year.
A total of `10 crore was sanctioned as a subsidy to these enterprises. Those who have returned after working abroad for more than two years and have settled in the country can apply. Along with the loan, Norca Roots also provides entrepreneurial support.
Loans are available through about 6,000 branches of 16 financial institutions in the state.
