വരുമാന വര്‍ദ്ധനവിനും തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനും കാര്‍ഷിക ഉത്പാദനം കൂട്ടുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി നൂതനമായതും പ്രായോഗികമായതുമായ പദ്ധതി ആശയങ്ങളുള്ള കര്‍ഷകര്‍, കര്‍ഷക ഗ്രൂപ്പുകള്‍, പ്രാഥമിക സഹകരണ ബാങ്കുകള്‍, പി.എ.സി.എസ്. തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കൃഷി ഭവനുമായോ കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫീസുമായോ ആത്മ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റുമായോ ബന്ധപ്പെടണം.
