എറണാകുളം വയനാട് കോഴിക്കോട് തുടങ്ങി മിക്ക ജില്ലകളിലും താലൂക്ക് സപ്ലൈ ഓഫീസ് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ തദ്ദേശ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഡ്യൂട്ടിയില്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍ മുന്‍ഗണന കാര്‍ഡ് (ബിപിഎല്‍) ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ റേഷന്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് സംബന്ധമായ എല്ലാ അപേക്ഷകളും ഇനി ഡിസംബര്‍ 17 മുതലേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂവെന്ന്് താലൂക്ക് സപ്ലൈ ഓഫീസര്‍മാർ അറിയിച്ചു. Taluk Supply Officers said that in most districts including Ernakulam, Wayanad and Kozhikode, all applications for ration cards, including Priority Card (BPL), will be accepted from December 17 onwards as the taluk supply office staff are on local election duty.
