3000 കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ മാലിന്യമുക്തമാക്കിയ ‘സ്‌നേഹാരാമ’ത്തിന് ലോകാംഗീകാരം

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിനു കീഴിലെ നാഷണൽ സർവീസ് സ്‌കീം സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന സ്‌നേഹാരാമം പദ്ധതിക്ക്  ലോക റെക്കോർഡ് അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചതായി ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ-സാമൂഹ്യനീതി മന്ത്രി ഡോ. ആർ ബിന്ദു പറഞ്ഞു. കേരളത്തിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപെട്ട മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളെ മാലിന്യമുക്തമാക്കി, പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കു ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായ ഇടങ്ങളാക്കി മാറ്റിയ പദ്ധതിയ്ക്കാണ് വേൾഡ് റെക്കോർഡ്‌സ് യൂണിയന്റെ അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചത്.

വേൾഡ് റെക്കോർഡ്‌സ് യൂണിയന്റെ അഡ്ജ്യൂഡികേറ്റർ, ക്യൂറേറ്റർ എന്നിവർ അടങ്ങിയ വിദഗ്ദ്ധ സംഘം സ്നേഹാരാമം പദ്ധതി പരിശോധിച്ച് റിപ്പോർട്ടും രേഖകളും വിലയിരുത്തിയിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രിയ്ക്ക് ചേംബറിൽ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ ഈ നേട്ടത്തിനുള്ള അംഗീകാരപത്രവും മെഡലും കൈമാറി.

ശുചിത്വമിഷന്റെ സഹകരണത്തോടെയാണ് നാഷണൽ സർവീസ് സ്‌കീം ‘സ്‌നേഹാരാമം’ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കിയത്. എൻഎസ്എസ് പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ തിളങ്ങുന്ന അധ്യായമാണ് ‘മാലിന്യമുക്ത നവകേരളം’ എന്ന മഹാദൗത്യത്തിൽ പങ്കാളിയായി രാജ്യത്തിനുതന്നെ മാതൃക തീർത്ത ‘സ്‌നേഹാരാമങ്ങൾ’ സാക്ഷാത്കരിച്ചതെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

Higher Education and Social Justice Minister Dr R Bindu said that the Sneharam scheme implemented in the state under the National Service Scheme under the Higher Education Department has received world record recognition. The World Records Union has approved the project of cleaning more than 3,000 selected centers in Kerala and turning them into useful spaces for the public.

An expert team consisting of Adjudicator and Curator of World Records Union examined the Sneharam project and evaluated the report and documents. The Minister of Higher Education was then presented with a certificate and medal for this achievement in a ceremony held at the Chamber.

The National Service Scheme 'Sneharam' project was implemented in collaboration with the Sanitation Mission. The Minister said that the shining chapter in NSS activities is the realization of 'Sneharams' which have set an example for the country by participating in the great mission of 'Malinyamukta Nava Keralam'.
