ഇടുക്കി :ഡബ്ല്യുപി(സി) 365/2016 നമ്പര്‍ കേസിലെ കോടതി അലക്ഷ്യ ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി 06/08/2010ന് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ഉത്തരവില്‍ തേയില തോട്ടങ്ങളിലെ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ വേതന കുടിശ്ശിക നല്‍കുന്നതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്നതിനായി ഏകാംഗ കമ്മിറ്റിയായി നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട ജഡ്ജ് (റിട്ട.) അഭയ് മനോഹര്‍ സപ്രെ ഏപ്രില്‍ 19ന് സിറ്റിംഗ് നടത്തും.
Judge (Retd.) Abhay Manohar Sapre will sit on April 19 to decide on matters related to the payment of arrears of wages to tea plantation workers in the order issued by the Supreme Court on 06/08/2010 on the contempt of court petition in case WP (c) 365/2016.
