Hot weather is likely to continue in Kerala in the coming days. Day heat will increase in central and southern districts from today. Day temperature in Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Kollam districts will increase from the current level in the coming days. In Palakkad district, the temperature may rise up to 39 degrees in many places including Palakkad.

Punalur in Kollam district may cross 38 degrees. Many places in Kottayam and Pathanamthitta districts may record temperatures up to 37-38 degrees. It can reach 36-37 degrees in the eastern and eastern regions of Ernakulam district. Malappuram Thrissur districts will experience heat between 35-36 degrees.
