റബ്ബര്‍ ടാപ്പര്‍മാര്‍ക്കുള്ള ക്ഷേമപദ്ധതികള്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം

റബ്ബര്‍ തോട്ടമേഖലയില്‍ ജോലിചെയ്യുന്ന തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി റബ്ബര്‍ബോര്‍ഡ് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന വിവിധ ക്ഷേമപദ്ധതികള്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാം. തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ മക്കള്‍ക്കുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ധനസഹായം പതിനൊന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സു മുതലുള്ള കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കാണ് നല്‍കുന്നത്. ബിരുദതലം മുതലുള്ളവര്‍ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള ഹാള്‍ടിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചശേഷം നാലുമാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കണം.

ഭവനരഹിതരായ തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്ക് സ്വന്തം സ്ഥലത്ത് വീടുപണിയുന്നതിന്  ധനസഹായം ലഭിക്കും. ചെറുകിടത്തോട്ടങ്ങളില്‍ ജോലിചെയ്യുന്ന തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്ക് ചികിത്സാച്ചെലവിന്റെ ഒരു നിശ്ചിതതുകയും ധനസഹായമായി നല്‍കും. ചെറുകിടത്തോട്ടങ്ങളില്‍ ജോലിചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളായ ടാപ്പര്‍മാരുടെയും അവരുടെ രണ്ട് പെണ്‍മക്കളുടെയും വിവാഹത്തിനും ബോര്‍ഡ് ധനസഹായം നല്‍കും. അതോടൊപ്പം സ്ത്രീ ടാപ്പര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് പ്രസവച്ചെലവുകള്‍ക്ക് നിശ്ചിതതുക സഹായധനമായി നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്.

You can apply for various welfare schemes implemented by the Rubber Board for the welfare of workers working in the rubber plantation sector. Educational assistance for the children of workers is provided to children from the eleventh grade onwards. Graduates should apply within four months of receiving the hall ticket for the examination.

Homeless workers will receive financial assistance to build a house on their own land. Workers working on small farms will be given a fixed amount of medical expenses as financial assistance. The board will also fund the marriages of women tappers and their two daughters who work in small farms. In addition, female tappers will be given a fixed amount of subsidy for childbirth expenses.
