വിദേശത്തുള്ളവർക്കും വിദേശത്തും നിന്നും വന്ന് കോരന്റെന്നിൽ കഴിയുന്നവർക്കും, കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്കും പോളിസി എടുക്കുവാൻ അർഹത ഇല്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു.
