താങ്ങുവില നല്‍കി ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങുന്നത് തുടരും- കേന്ദ്രകൃഷി മന്ത്രി

കാര്‍ഷിക ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങള്‍ താങ്ങുവില നല്‍കി കര്‍ഷകരില്‍ നിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്ന രീതി തുടരുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര കൃഷി മന്ത്രി നരേന്ദര്‍സിംഗ് തോമര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരും കൃഷി മന്ത്രിമാരുമായുള്ള വീഡിയോ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സില്‍ സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു മന്ത്രി. ഒരു ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള കാര്‍ഷിക അടിസ്ഥാനസൗകര്യ വികസന ഫണ്ട് ചെറുകിട-ഇടത്തരം കര്‍ഷകരില്‍ എത്തുമെന്നുറപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.ഹരിയാന,മധ്യപ്രദേശ്,ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരും ബീഹാര്‍,ഹിമാചല്‍പ്രദേശ്,ഗുജറാത്ത് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരും കൃഷി സഹമന്ത്രിമാരായ പുരുഷോത്തം രൂപാലയും കൈലാഷ് ചൗധരിയും ചര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.കര്‍ഷകരെ സംരംഭകരാക്കുകയും അതുവഴി വരുമാനം ഇരട്ടിപ്പിക്കുകയുമാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നതെന്ന് മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. കോണ്‍ട്രാക്ട് ഫാമിംഗും ക്ലസ്റ്റര്‍ ഫാമിംഗും കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് ഗുണകരമാകുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.

പതിനായിരം പുതിയ ഫാര്‍മര്‍ പ്രൊഡ്യൂസര്‍ ഓര്‍ഗനൈസേഷനുകള്‍ വരുമ്പോള്‍ 85% വരുന്ന ചെറുകിട കര്‍ഷകര്‍ ഇതിലെ അംഗങ്ങളാകുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പ്രത്യാശ പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു. ജലസേചനവും വളവും വിത്തും പൊതുവാകുന്നതോടെ ഉത്പ്പാദന ചിലവ് കുറയുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. കേന്ദ്ര-സംസ്ഥാന പദ്ധതികളുടെ സംയോജനത്തിലൂടെ കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രയോജനമുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ യോഗം തീരുമാനിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്രം അനുവദിക്കുന്ന മുഴുവന്‍ തുകയും വിനിയോഗിക്കുന്നു എന്നുറപ്പാക്കാന്‍ മധ്യപ്രദേശില്‍ മോണിറ്ററിംഗ് സമിതി രൂപീകരിച്ചതായി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ശിവരാജ് സിംഗ് ചൗഹാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. ഓരോ ബ്ലോക്കിലും രണ്ട് എഫ്പിഓകള്‍ വീതം ആരംഭിക്കാനാണ് സംസ്ഥാനം ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് ഒരുത്പ്പന്നം പദ്ധതിയും ആരംഭിക്കും. സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പുകളും പുത്തന്‍ മണ്ടികളും ആരംഭിച്ചതായും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ഹരിയാനയില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ 500 എഫ്പിഓകളുണ്ട്.പുതുതായി 500 എണ്ണം ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മനോഹര്‍ ലാല്‍ ഖട്ടര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. 17000 കിസാന്‍ മിത്രയിലൂടെ 17 ലക്ഷം കര്‍ഷകരിലും പദ്ധതി ബോധവത്ക്കരണം നടത്തുന്നതായും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ മികച്ച സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കി വരുന്നതായി ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ത്രിവേന്ദ്ര സിംഗ് റാവത്തും പറഞ്ഞു.

Minimum Support Price will continue : Union Agriculture Minister

Union Agriculture Minister Narender Singh Tomar has said that the practice of buying agricultural produce from farmers at MSP will continue. The minister was speaking in a video conference with chief ministers and agriculture ministers. He said the states should ensure that the Rs 1 lakh crore agricultural infrastructure development fund reaches small and medium farmers. He said contract farming and cluster farming would benefit farmers.

The minister hoped that with the arrival of ten thousands of new farmer producer organizations, 85% of small farmers would be part of that. He added that with the common irrigation,supply of fertilizers and seeds, the cost of production will come down. The meeting decided to bring more benefits to the farmers through the integration of Central and State schemes. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that a monitoring committee has been set up in Madhya Pradesh to ensure that the entire amount allocated by the Center is utilized. The state intends to start two FPOs in each block. One product One district project will also be started. He also said that startups and new mandis have started. Haryana currently has 500 FPOs and will launch 500 new ones, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said. He said the scheme details were provided to 17 lakh farmers through 17000 Kisan Mitra. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also said that better facilities are being provided in the villages.
