ഖാരിഫ് സീസണിൽ രാജ്യത്ത് വളങ്ങളുടെ ദൗർലഭ്യം ഇല്ല: സദാനന്ദ ഗൌഡ

ഇപ്പോൾ നടക്കുന്ന ഖാരിഫ് സീസണിൽ രാജ്യത്ത് വളങ്ങളുടെ ദൗർലഭ്യം ഇല്ലെന്ന്  കേന്ദ്ര കെമിക്കല്‍സ് ആന്‍റ് ഫെര്‍ട്ടിലൈസേഴ്സ് മന്ത്രി ഡി.വി. സദാനന്ദ ഗൌഡ അറിയിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരുകളുമായി കൂടിയാലോചിച്ച് മതിയായ അളവിൽ  രാസവളം പ്രീപോസിഷൻ നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

ന്യൂഡൽഹിയിൽ സദാനന്ദ് ഗൌഡയെ സന്ദർശിച്ച മധ്യപ്രദേശ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ശിവരാജ് സിംഗ് ചൌഹാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതനുസരിച്ച് തന്റെ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് യൂറിയയുടെ മതിയായ ലഭ്യത ഉറപ്പാക്കുമെന്ന് ഗൌഡ ഉറപ്പ് നൽകി. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇതുവരെ യൂറിയയുടെ ദൗർലഭ്യം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിലും ഈ മഴക്കാലത്ത് ഉയർന്ന മഴ കാരണം യൂറിയയുടെ ഉപഭോഗം വർദ്ധിച്ചതായും കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ഇതേ കാലയളവിനെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് 47 ശതമാനം വിതയ്ക്കൽ വർദ്ധിച്ചതായും ചൗഹാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

ഈ ഖാരിഫ് സീസണിൽ കർഷകർ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന യൂറിയയുടെ ആവശ്യം കൂടുതലുള്ളതിനാൽ ജൂലൈ, ഓഗസ്റ്റ്, സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസങ്ങളിൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് അധികമായി യൂറിയ അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് ചൌഹാന്‍ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിനോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു.വരും ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ആവശ്യത്തിന് യൂറിയ മധ്യപ്രദേശിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുമെന്ന് ഗൗഡ ഉറപ്പ് നൽകി. ജൂൺ വരെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് 55000 മെട്രിക് ടൺ അധിക യൂറിയ ലഭിച്ചു, ജൂലൈയില്‍ വിതരണത്തിനായി 2020 ജൂലൈ 3 ന് 19000 മെട്രിക് ടൺ  അധികമായി അനുവദിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്ര വളം വകുപ്പ് സ്ഥിതിഗതികൾ നിരന്തരം നിരീക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്, ഖാരിഫ് സീസണിൽ കർഷകരുടെ ആവശ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിനായി  ആവശ്യത്തിന്  യൂറിയ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ കേന്ദ്രം പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമാണെന്നും ഗൌഡ പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ ആവശ്യമായ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ കർഷകർക്ക് മിതമായ നിരക്കിൽ മതിയായ അളവിൽ വളം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിൽ  അതീവശ്രദ്ധയാണ് നല്‍കുന്നതെന്നും  അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു.

മെയ്, ജൂൺ മാസങ്ങളിൽ രാജ്യത്തൊട്ടാകെ  ഡയറക്ട് ബനഫിറ്റ് ട്രാന്‍സ്ഫര്‍ (ഡിബിടി ) വഴിയുള്ള വളം വിൽപ്പനയിൽ ഗണ്യമായ വർധനയുണ്ടായി.മധ്യപ്രദേശിൽ യൂറിയയുടെ ഡിബിടി വിൽപ്പന കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച്  മെയ്  മാസം 176 ശതമാനവും ജൂൺ മാസങ്ങളിൽ 167 ശതമാനം വർദ്ധിച്ചു. എന്നിരുന്നാലും, മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ യൂറിയ ലഭ്യത നിലവാരം ഇപ്പോൾ  മോശമല്ല എന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്.  2020 ജൂലൈ 4 വരെ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 4.63 ലക്ഷം മെട്രിക് ടൺ ക്ലോസിംഗ് സ്റ്റോക്കുണ്ട്. രാസവള വകുപ്പ് സ്ഥിതിഗതികൾ വളരെ സൂക്ഷ്മമായി അവലോകനം ചെയ്യുകയാണ്, കൂടാതെ രാസവളങ്ങളുടെ അധിക ആവശ്യവും വർദ്ധിച്ച ആഭ്യന്തര ഉൽപാദനത്തിലൂടെയും ഇറക്കുമതിയിലൂടെയും കൃഷി, കർഷകക്ഷേമ മന്ത്രാലയവുമായി കൂടിയാലോചിച്ചു  നടപ്പിലാക്കുമെന്നും കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. No scarcity of fertilizers across the country during ongoing Kharif season:Sadananda Gowda

Union Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers  D.V. Sadananda Gowda has  said that there is  no scarcity of fertilizers across the country during ongoing Kharif season. He added prepositioning in adequate quantities have been done in consultations with the State Governments.

Gowda assured  the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh,  Shivraj Singh Chouhan who met   Gowda,  in New Delhi  today that adequate  availability of urea in his State as per the demand will be made. Chouhan said that though there has not been scarcity of urea in the state so far, the consumption of urea has increased due to higher rainfall in this monsoon and commensurate increase in sowing by 47 % as compared to corresponding period last year.

Sighting this he requested Central Government to make additional allocation of urea to the State and  projected requirements during the months of July, August and September as there is higher demand of urea expected during this Kharif season by farmers.

Gowda assured that adequate supply of urea will be made available to Madhya Pradesh in coming days. Till June, the State has received nearly 55000 MT of additional urea, and 19000 MT has been allocated on July 3, 2020 in addition to July Supply Plan. Union Department of Fertilizers is continuously monitoring the situation, and is committed to make adequate supply of urea to meet the demand of farmers during ongoing Kharif season. He added that the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister  Narendara Modi is very particular about ensuring supply of fertilisers in adequate quantity  at affordable prices to farmers within requisite time.

DBT(Direct Benefit Transfer)  sales of fertilizers have witnessed significant jump this Kharif season during the month of May and June across the country due to better than expected monsoon.

In Madhya Pradesh, DBT sales of urea has increased by 176 % and 167 % in the month of May and June respectively as compared to corresponding month last year. However, urea availability position in Madhya Pradesh is comfortable at present and there is a closing stock of 4.63 lakh MT  in the State as on July 4, 2020. Department of Fertilisers is reviewing the situation very closely, and any additional demand of fertilizers will be met, in consultation with Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, through increased domestic production and imports.
