രോഗപ്രതിരോധത്തിനുള്ള ഔഷധമോരുമായി ആവിന്‍

തമിഴ് നാട് മില്‍ക്ക് മാര്‍ക്കറ്റിംഗ് ഫെഡറേഷന്റെ ആവിന്‍ ബ്രാന്‍ഡ് രോഗപ്രതിരോധ ശേഷി ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്ന ഔഷധ മോര് വിപണിയില്‍ ഇറക്കി. ഇഞ്ചി,നാരങ്ങ,തുളസി,കുരുമുളക്,ജീരകം,കായം,കറിവേപ്പില,മല്ലി,ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ത്താണ് ഔഷധമോര് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. 200 മില്ലിലിറ്ററിന്റെ ഒരു കുപ്പിക്ക് 15 രൂപയാണ് വില. ചെന്നൈയില്‍ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില്‍ തമിഴ്‌നാട് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എടപ്പാടി പളനിസ്വാമി ഔഷധമോരും മറ്റ് 4 പുതിയ ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങളും പുറത്തിറക്കി. മന്ത്രിമാരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും ചടങ്ങില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

ചോക്കോ ലസി, മാങ്ങാ ലസി, അള്‍ട്രാ ഹൈ ടെംപറേച്ചര്‍(യുഎച്ച്ടി) പാല്, ടീ മേറ്റ് എന്നിവയാണ് മറ്റ് ഉത്പ്പന്നങ്ങള്‍. 200 മില്ലിലിറ്റര്‍ പാക്കറ്റുകള്‍ക്ക് 23 രൂപയാണ് വില. അള്‍ട്രാ ഹൈ ടെംപറേച്ചര്‍ പാല് പലതരം പാക്കറ്റുകളിലാണ് വിപണിയില്‍ എത്തുക. സാധാരണ താപാവസ്ഥയില്‍ 90 ദിവസം കേടാകാതെയിരിക്കും എന്നതാണ് ഇതിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകത. അര ലിറ്റര്‍ പാലിന് 30 രൂപയാണ് വില. 4.5 ശതമാനം കൊഴുപ്പും 8.5 ശതമാനം പ്രോട്ടീനും അടങ്ങിയതാണ് യുഎച്ച്ടി പാല്. ഹോട്ടലുകളുടെയും ചായക്കടക്കാരുടെയും അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥന മാനിച്ചാണ് കൊഴുപ്പുകൂടിയ പാലായ ടീ മേറ്റ് ഇറക്കിയത്. ലിറ്ററിന് 60 രൂപയാണ് വില. 9 ശതമാനം പ്രോട്ടീനും 6.5 ശതമാനം കൊഴുപ്പും അടങ്ങിയതാണ് ടീ മേറ്റ് പാല്.

Aavin introduces immunity boosting butter milk

Aavin, the brand of Tamil Nadu Milk Marketing Federation introduced an immunity boosting butter milk to the market . Unlike regular butter milk, it has a blend of ginger,lemon,basil,pepper,cumin,asafoetida,curry leaves,coriander and salt to boost immunity. In addition, Aavin launched 4 more new milk products at a function held at Chennai. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy launched the products in the presence of ministers and officials.

The 200 ml butter milk will be sold for Rs.15/- The other products launched are Choco lassi,mango lassi,Ultra High Temperature(UHT) milk and tea mate.Each 200 ml pack would be priced at Rs.23/- UHT milk in felxi packs was also introduced. UHT milk is processed in high temperature and will remain unspoiled for upto 90 days at room temperature. A 500 ml packet will cost Rs.30/-. The milk contains 4.5% fat and 8.5 % protein, Aavin release says. Tea mate is introduced to satisfy the demand for high fat milk from hotels and tea shops. Tea mate contains 9% protein and 6.5% fat and its cost per litre is Rs.60/-
